1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Roboshop.in or placing an order through our storefront or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable Indian laws and regulations regarding electronics and ecommerce.

2. Pricing, GST & Taxes

All consumer product prices displayed on Roboshop.in are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the applicable rate (standard 18% for microcontrollers and semiconductors under HSN 8542).

For registered B2B entities providing a valid 15-character GSTIN at checkout, a tax invoice with full Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility will be generated and transmitted to the GST Portal (e-Invoice).

3. Safe Use of Robotics Equipment

Electronic development kits, high-speed BLDC motors, and Lithium Polymer batteries sold by Roboshop are intended for educational, research, and industrial prototyping by qualified personnel. Customers are solely responsible for adhering to electrical safety, proper charging protocols, and fire prevention.
