1. Information We Collect
When you interact with Roboshop, we collect only the necessary information required to process and deliver your orders: your name, shipping address, 6-digit PIN code, mobile number, email address, and (for B2B customers) company name and GSTIN.
2. Payment Security
Roboshop does not store credit card numbers, debit card CVVs, or bank netbanking passwords on any internal servers. All payments are processed through RBI-authorized payment aggregators (GoKwik and Razorpay) using 256-bit TLS encryption in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.
3. Courier Data Sharing
Your shipping details (name, delivery address, postal PIN code, and phone number) are transmitted securely to our logistics partners (e.g. Bluedart, Delhivery) strictly for physical consignment delivery and SMS tracking alerts. We do not sell customer data to third-party advertisers.
